Using This Site
This website provides general information about water damage restoration and mold remediation in Commerce City, Colorado and nearby towns. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The information on this site is general. It is not legal, insurance, medical, engineering or plumbing advice. Your situation may need a professional who can see it in person.
The Phone Line
The phone line is the way to request service. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By calling, you agree that the call may be recorded.
Calling the line does not by itself create an agreement for work. Work begins only after a scope and price have been explained and you have agreed to them.
Scope And Price
Every job is different. The scope of work and the price are explained before work starts, based on an on-site assessment. The prices and ranges you hear on the phone may change if the assessment finds something different, and any change is explained to you first.
No exact prices are published on this site.
Insurance
We can provide photos, moisture readings and a written scope you can send to your insurer. Whether your insurer covers a loss is decided by your policy and by your insurer. Nothing on this site is a promise that a claim will be approved or paid.
Response Times
The dispatch line is open 24 hours a day. A crew is dispatched the same day when available. We do not promise an arrival time, because weather, traffic and other calls affect it.
Accuracy
We work to keep the content accurate, but local rules, utility information and standards change. Check with your utility, the City of Commerce City or your insurer for current requirements.
Third-Party Links And Maps
This site embeds Google Maps and links to public agencies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content.
Limits Of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the general information on this site. Work performed is covered by the written scope you agree to before it starts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies when you use the site. The date of the most recent update is October 26, 2026.
